We hired Ray Fearon from DIDAC woodworking academy to come to our Men’s Shed to teach us safety in our workshop. He was an excellent instructor. Thorough, knowledgeable, approachable and a person one could approach to ask any question. We learnt a lot from him and going forward we are passing that information to our members.

Before the show, he immediately reviewed the files we had sent and provided prompt feedback on any actions required or any missing work that needed to be completed.

As soon as Mark arrived on site, he went above and beyond. He liaised directly with the exhibitors he was responsible for, ensuring everything was in place, and proactively followed up with those who had not yet submitted the required paperwork. His initiative and hands-on approach helped keep everything running smoothly.
