Robert Wilcockson Professional Development
Robert is a Professional Development Trainer/Assessor based in the South-East area of England. Robert provides training to learners in Business Administration, Team Leading, Customer Service, Trade Supplier, Supply Chain Operative – Warehousing, and also the delivery of learning via e-learning using specialist software.
Robert started his career with 25 years in distribution working for Royal Mail in all parts of the company. He then went on to work for TUC Education teaching functional skills. He then moved on to The College of Haringey Enfield and North East London where he worked with long term unemployed workers delivering warehouse training and employability skills for Job Centre Plus. Also, during this time, He was team leader for this department.
He then went on to work at the Hadleigh Training Centre for the Salvation Army delivering training and taking on the position of the team leader working with adults with all kinds of learning disabilities. After this he then moved on to The Light Bulb delivering apprenticeships in Team Leading-Warehouse-Customer Service-Business Admin and employability skills including Traineeships. He then moved to life skills delivering classroom-based training to 16-18-year-olds that had been excluded from school or had issues with education delivering Customer Service-Business admin and functional skills.
Robert then joined Didac in March 2019
