Information, Advice & Guidance

At Didac, we are committed to providing clear, impartial, and tailored Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to support all learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. Whether exploring different qualification routes, looking to understand what to expect during training, or planning your next steps, our IAG services are here to help.

What You Can Expect:

  • Before Enrolment: Clear guidance to help you choose the right qualification and understand the expectations of both the programme and your employer.

  • During Your Apprenticeship: Ongoing advice from your trainer, access to learning and wellbeing resources, and structured reviews to support your progress.

  • Towards the End: Support with End-Point Assessment preparation and career planning, including progression opportunities into further training or employment.

We also offer a visual learner journey guide to make it clear what support is available at each stage of your apprenticeship.

  • Understand the skills and knowledge required for each role

  • Explore possible next steps and career progression

  • Compare salaries and job roles

  • Identify ‘green’ occupations contributing to a more sustainable future

Whether you’re at the start of your journey or planning your next step, these maps are powerful tools for supporting your ambitions.

Wellbeing Support

At Didac, we understand that successful learning goes beyond just knowledge and skills. If you’re facing challenges or need someone to talk to, support is available.  We signpost all apprentices to the Hub of Hope, a free mental health support directory that helps you find local and national services based on your postcode.

In addition, apprentices are always encouraged to speak directly to their trainer or a Safeguarding Officer at Didac if they need support or someone to talk to.

Whether you’re just starting your apprenticeship or working towards completion, your well-being matters to us.
