As you are well aware, the new GDPR Regulations apply from May 25th 2018. In the main we wish to keep you and your companies up to date on the work that we do and how we can offer assistance to you and those that you work with, or have worked with.
We can confirm that we never pass your information on to other parties without your express permission, and it is processed and stored securely at all times.
In accordance with the new GDPR rules you can request to see what we hold on you by submitting a subject access request, ensure it is up to date, and may ask ‘to be forgotten’. You also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office should you feel that we have not processed your data correctly.
